Paul Wesley is a multi-award award-winning actor, producer and director. The most well-known of his roles is portraying the character Paul in The Vampire Diaries. The role he played on the TV show has earned him numerous honors, awards and nominations. These include The Teen Choice Awards and the "Young Hollywood Awards". The actor was raised in New Brunswick New Jersey in the United States Wesley showed an interest in acting during his school years. Later he enrolled at Rutgers University. In the American TV series Another World the actor made his debut on TV. He was the main character in Wolf Lake, a CBS TV series two years after. His career reached a turning moment when he began playing the character of Stefan Salvatore, in the popular American television series The Vampire Diaries. Additionally, he also directed a few episodes of the popular series. After his debut as a film star on The Last Run, he was in a variety of other films. Recent roles include Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer as a second actor. His social media popularity is very high. He has an impressive 13 million followers on Instagram and over 4.1,000,000 people following him on Twitter.
